7th Greek-German Food Forum

Dr. Antonis Perdikaris President of the European Institute for Evolution and Integration was the Coordinator of the forum.

The 7th Greek-German Food Forum entitled “The pandemic crisis is an opportunity to increase Greek fruit exports to Germany” is being organized on November 26 and 27 by the Hellenic-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry, BASF Hellas ABEE, Piraeus Bank, the Economic and Commercial Affairs Office of Embassy of Greece in Berlin and Enterprise Greece.
The said digital event is under the auspices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Rural Development and Food and is held with the support of the O.E.Y. Office. of the Greek Consulate in Munich and the Network of Greek Businessmen and Business Executives of Bavaria (HNBEB).

Our purpose, through the digital event, is for Greek producers to know what the conditions and specifications are for the successful export of fresh, processed and standardized fruit to the German market, in order to achieve a successful cooperation with the other side.

More specifically, during the 7th Greek-German Food Forum, speeches will be given by representatives of the agricultural, political, diplomatic and banking spheres, by representatives of associations and experts with know-how for the German market.

As part of the e-event, digital B2B meetings will take place between representatives of Greek and German companies, with the prospect of establishing new commercial partnerships during the first and throughout the second day of the event.

It is noted that the 7th Hellenic-German Food Forum is an institution for the Hellenic-German Chamber, as it has been held throughout Greece for the last 6 years. This year, due to the pandemic crisis, it is being organized entirely digitally, because strengthening extroversion and promoting bilateral cooperation is more important than ever.
