The European Green Deal (EGD) and the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) both set a series of requirements for the so called green transition. In the EU, the green transition is accepted as a challenge or opportunity to create new jobs in current and emerging economic sectors. Consequently a need appeared for new skills or upskilling existing ones to achieve a green and digital transition. Agriculture is one sector that contains green occupations. This proposal is an introduction to this challenge. The involved countries of this proposal have not set categories of green skills based on EU legal frame and relevant research reports of the European Commission.
